The SAC Student Auction started back in 1993 at the Austin, TX meeting. The purpose is to acquire funds for student travel to future meetings through auctioning and raffling off books, posters, t- shirts and other elasmo-paraphernalia. This event has generated considerable funding for student travel and relies primarily upon the AES membership for contributions.

The SAC is currently accepting donations for this year's auction in Montreal, Canada July 23-28 (2008 meeting). Please show your support for the students of AES by sending your donations to:

Every year the AES membership generously donates a wide range of elasmobranch related items. It is their generosity that keeps student attendance at meetings up, and the SAC thanks them immensely.

If donated items cannot be sent to Mikki McComb ahead of time, they can be brought to the AES Store at the annual meeting. Please leave your name and a suggested starting price for all auction items.
